A clear booking helps HR and Admin teams, travellers, and the support team work from the same itinerary. This process covers the required information, confirmation, and what to do when a flight changes.
1. Send an enquiry with itinerary details
When you contact us, prepare the following information so Business Fast Track can check an appropriate support option:
- Airport: SGN, HAN, or DAD, and whether the service is for arrival or departure.
- Flight number, travel date, and arrival or departure time.
- Guest count, lead traveller, and an on-the-day contact person.
- Requirements that need advance coordination, such as pickup or drop-off, luggage, companions, or other operational requests.
2. Check availability and confirm the booking
- Review the enquiry and itinerary. The team checks the flight information, airport, and service requirements.
- Confirm scope and cost. The support content, per-guest price, and relevant conditions are made clear before confirmation.
- Confirm in writing. The booking is arranged when confirmed details are sent through the official contact channel.
Availability depends on timing, airport, and operational conditions. Send the request once the itinerary is known instead of waiting until close to travel.
3. Receive guidance before the service day
After the booking is confirmed, the traveller or corporate contact receives the details needed for the service day, including the support scope, contact guidance, and a meeting point appropriate to the itinerary. Recheck the flight number, date and time, and guest count before travelling.
4. Update us if the flight changes
5. Use the service at the airport
On the travel day, follow the confirmed meeting point and support scope. Review the relevant journey guide below:
Arrival
From the arrivals-area meeting, through the appropriate airport steps, baggage collection, and the arrivals hall.
Departure
From after check-in through the appropriate airport steps and towards the boarding waiting area.
For corporate use
For recurring requirements, companies can align a management contact, confirmation process, and invoice or reporting requirements within the cooperation scope. Specific terms are confirmed before service begins.
